Infants 6 months+: Apply extremely sparingly or diluted with a carrier oil to nasal wings or chest.

Under 6 months: Use extremely sparingly or diluted 1:1 with a carrier oil (sunflower, olive) or calendula ointment. Back and foot soles only — not chest.
6 months+ / children: Thin application to back, chest, or foot soles. If applying to chest even for older babies, we recommend diluting 1:1.
