Job Application - Customer Care Specialist - Infant Nutrition (f/m/d)

Organic’s Best is looking for a thoughtful and reliable Customer Care Specialist to support parents and families using our products. Applications are managed via email at recruitment@organicsbestshop.com. 

This is more than a traditional customer service role. Our customers often have detailed questions about infant nutrition, ingredients, product differences and preparation, so we are particularly interested in candidates with an interest or background in medicine, nutrition, pharmacy, biology or another health-related field.

This role could also be a strong fit for a university student looking to gain practical experience alongside their studies. 

What you’ll do

• Support customers via email, chat and other channels
• Answer questions about products, ingredients and nutritional information
• Help customers navigate product options and differences
• Resolve order, delivery and general customer-service issues
• Communicate complex information clearly and accurately
• Support other customer relationship management projects (initiative is highly valued)

What we’re looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A structured, reliable and customer-focused way of working
• Interest in infant and family nutrition
• Medical, nutritional or life-science knowledge is a strong plus

Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not essential.
