Feeding Instructions

  1. Sterilize everything and wash your hands thoroughly to protect your child from germs. You can use boiling water to clean your equipment.
  2. Boil new clean water and let it cool to optimal mixing temperature: 122° F / 50° C. (Do not use microwaved, artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. Do not use breast milk, carbonated, alkaline or "baby" water.)
  3. According to the feeding chart on the formula package, fill the bottle with the appropriate amount of water.
  4. Use the included measuring spoon to add the correct number of scoops of formula into the bottle and level each scoop for accuracy.(Refer to feeding chart used in the previous step.)
  5. Close the bottle and shake well until thoroughly dissolved. (Approximately 15 seconds)
  6. Add the remaining necessary water and shake lightly again until solution is evenly distributed and diluted.
  7. Cool to drinking temperature: 98.6° F / 37° C. Consider holding the bottle under cold water. (Always test the temperature before feeding.)
  8. Ready to feed your child!
