1.

Clean thoroughly by boiling the bottle, ring and teat for 3 - 5 minutes before use.

Boil water and allow to cool to approx. 50°C / 122°F. Pour half the required amount of water into the bottle.(see table)

 

3.

Measure the correct amount of formula powder using the measuring spoon, level the powder on the spoon and add to the bottle.

 

4.

Shake thoroughly. Add the rest of the water and shake again. Allow cooling to approx. 37 °C / 98.6 °F before feeding.

The recommended drinking amount and number of bottles per day are general guidelines only. Your baby does not have to drink the bottle completely. Individual deviations are completely normal.
