    Discover the Löwenzahn Formula Difference

Löwenzahn whole milk formula Stage 2 showcases natural milk fats to help babies thrive. Its unique fat profile closely mimics breast milk, aids the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, and contains reduced vegetable oils for a less processed formula.

Studies reveal that substituting some of the vegetable fats in baby formula with cow’s milk fat reduces fecal soap formation, improves calcium retention, and enhances stool quality in babies, making whole milk an optimal source of gentle nourishment.

Additionally, Löwenzahn whole milk formula Stage 2 is specially crafted to complement your little one’s transition to solid foods, delivering elevated levels of essential nutrients in a more satiating blend.

Unique Features of Löwenzahn Formula Stage 2

    1. Optimal palmitic acid 🌟 - Palmitic acid is abundant in whole milk, eliminating the need for palm oil. Research finds that cow milk contains a significant portion of palmitic acid in the ideal sn-2 position (between 40-45%), greatly surpassing vegetable fats. This protects babies against constipation and hard stools and aids fat and calcium absorption.
    2. Based only on lactose 💯 - To mimic breast milk’s primary carbohydrate, Löwenzahn whole milk formula Stage 2 contains 100% lactose. It also features a higher casein ratio than Stage PRE, offering a naturally satiating source of energy without relying on added starch or maltodextrin.
    3. Double the prebiotics 2️⃣ - Löwenzahn whole milk formula Stage 2 boasts FOS from fructose and GOS from lactose. These prebiotics feed healthy gut bacteria to support babies’ immunity and digestion.
    4. Powerful nutrient blend 💓 - This formula is enriched with plant-based DHA, ALA, and ARA omega fatty acids, which are critical to vision and brain development. To enhance fat absorption, this recipe is formulated with the amino acid taurine. Finally, the added nucleotides, a building block of DNA, offer immune-regulating effects.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How does whole cow's milk formula differ from other types of formula?
The difference between 'normal' baby formula and whole milk formula is the milk base. While most manufacturers use skimmed milk as the basis for 'normal' milk formulas, whole milk formula uses whole milk instead. Whole milk formula is less processed and retains natural fats. This means there is no need to compensate for the fat content using palm oil, as is the case with regular skim milk formulas. The kinds of milk do not differ significantly in terms of vitamin and mineral content. However, there is added taurine to formulas made from whole milk for better fat absorption and added nucleotides to support the development of the digestive tract. Adding fibre GOS and FOS in a 9:1 ratio helps maintain intestinal balance and digestion.
