HiPP Bio Combiotik Dutch

Thoughtfully formulated to help mimic key bioactive components in breast milk, HiPP Combiotik has an advanced blend of prebiotics and probiotics developed by the brand’s Human Breast Milk Research Group. This unique combination helps support the development of a balanced gut microbiome, more similar to that of breastfed infants. This organic formula range is available in Stages 1-4.

HiPP Dutch HA Bio Combiotik 

Backed by over 25 years of infant nutrition research, HiPP Dutch HA is specially developed for babies with a family history of allergies or increased sensitivity to cow’s milk. Its extensively hydrolyzed whey proteins are broken down into smaller components to support easier digestion, while prebiotics and probiotics help support immunity and gut health. Though not organic due to its specialty recipe, the formulas remain clean and GMO-free. This hypoallergenic milk is available in HiPP HA Dutch Stage 1 and HiPP HA Dutch Stage 2. 

While many babies thrive on this milk, it may not be suitable for all cases of cow’s milk protein allergy, and it is not appropriate for lactose intolerance. Please consult your pediatrician before introducing specialty hypoallergenic formula into your baby's diet.

HiPP Dutch Goat 

HiPP Dutch Goat Milk Formula provides a gentle alternative to traditional cow’s milk formulas. Its naturally mild composition includes A2 beta-casein proteins, smaller fat globules, and a higher proportion of short- and medium-chain fatty acids, which may support good tolerability. Additionally, the formula contains GOS prebiotics that help nourish beneficial gut bacteria and promote a balanced microbiome. This organic baby formula is available in HiPP Dutch Goat Formula Stage 1 and HiPP Dutch Goat Formula Stage 2. 

While HiPP Dutch formula reviews describe this goat formula as a helpful feeding option for sensitive babies, it is not suitable for cow’s milk protein allergies or lactose intolerance. 

HiPP Dutch Ingredients

Lactose

Lactose is the main carbohydrate found in human milk and HiPP Dutch baby formula. It provides essential nourishment for infants by supporting their energy needs, promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, and aiding mineral absorption. Unlike some other formulas, the Dutch line does not contain starch or maltodextrin, offering a gentler alternative for babies without complex carbohydrates.

Prebiotics

Inspired by the tummy-friendly components of breast milk, all HiPP formulas in the Dutch line contain galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), a prebiotic that helps feed beneficial bacteria in your baby’s gut. Studies show GOS can support the growth of Bifidobacteria, helping promote a balanced gut microbiome and comfortable digestion during your baby’s early development.

Probiotics

HiPP Combiotic milk is enriched with L. fermentum, a natural lactic acid culture originally isolated from breast milk. This probiotic works together with GOS prebiotics to support your little one’s developing gastrointestinal and immune systems.

Omega-3 (DHA) & (ALA)

Vegetable Oils

HiPP Dutch formulas are made with high-quality skimmed milk, which has the cream components removed. HiPP Dutch Stage 1

HiPP Dutch Stage 1 is suitable as your baby's first infant formula from birth. It serves as a complete source of nutrition for babies under 6 months of age and can replace or supplement breastfeeding as needed. 

HiPP Dutch Stage 2

HiPP Dutch Stage 2 is intended for babies 6 months old and up. As a follow-on milk. Stage 2 is specifically designed to be fed alongside a mixed diet of milk feeds and solid foods. Compared to HiPP Dutch Stage 1, this formula has higher iron levels to support weaning and help compensate for the natural depletion of your baby’s iron stores around this age.

HiPP Dutch Stage 3

HiPP Dutch Stage 3 is also a follow-on formula, but for older babies from 10 months onward. This stage of formula removes whey protein from the ingredients to support your baby's transition to a family diet. It also contains less fat, lactose, and calories than Stage 2. Ultimately, its protein composition is closer to plain cow's milk than baby formula but fortified with additional vitamins and minerals and essential fats to support your baby’s diet. This HiPP Dutch organic formula stage is only available in the standard Bio Combiotik range. 

HiPP Dutch Stage 4

Developed to support toddlers during an important stage of growth, HiPP Dutch Stage 4 Junior Combiotik provides age-appropriate nutrition for children from 1 year onward. Enriched with essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, iron, and calcium, it helps complement your toddler’s changing nutritional needs as they transition to a more varied diet, while the pre- and probiotics help to maintain healthy digestion. 

While this formula is not certified organic due to EU regulations for supplemented toddler formulas, the brand maintains their commitment to high-quality ingredients by producing it without GMOs.
