Discover the Holle Dutch Goat Milk Formula Difference

Holle Goat Dutch Milk Stage 1 is a solution for newborns with sensitive digestion. Research demonstrates that goat milk has proteins that break down more easily in the stomach and fatty acids that are absorbed more efficiently than cow’s milk.

Additionally, the American Academy of Pediatrics supports the use of goat milk-based infant formula as a suitable form of nourishment during babies’ first year of life.

Holle Goat Dutch 1 is the only goat-based formula with Demeter-quality organic and biodynamic ingredients for parents who want to feel confident about choosing a clean European formula for their baby.

Please note: Goat milk is not suitable for babies with lactose intolerance or cow’s milk protein allergy.

Much of our customer feedback expresses admiration for Holle Goat Dutch 1 thanks to its gentle, well-tolerated recipe.

"My newborn was having serious digestive problems with another brand. I switched to Holle Dutch because of the clean ingredients and easiness on the stomach. No more fussiness, digestive issues, or spitting up!" - Ochirdari D. Holle Dutch goat milk formula customer

Unique Features of Holle Goat Dutch 1

    1. Closer to breast milk🤱- Holle Goat Dutch is naturally A2, just like human milk. A2 proteins form tiny, soft curds in little tummies that pass through the digestive system more easily. Holle also uses whole milk, to provide a fatty acid profile naturally closer to breast milk.
    2. Prebiotic effects 💓 - Human and goat milk contain special carbohydrates called oligosaccharides, which act as a prebiotic fiber to aid digestion. Studies confirm goat’s milk contains up to 5x more of them than cow’s milk, and some are even exactly the same as those in breast milk!
    3. Premium Demeter milk🐐 - Demeter is a private organization with the most demanding organic guidelines worldwide, exceeding EU organic standards. It prohibits harmful substances, ensures animal welfare, and promotes biodiversity!
    4. Only made with lactose 🥛 - Holle Goat Dutch 1 uses lactose to supply energy. It’s the main carbohydrate in breast milk, providing 40-45% of total calories. In addition to being easy to digest, it can aid calcium absorption and help regulate gut flora

Holle Dutch Goat Milk Formula Stage 1 is a nutritionally complete organic infant formula crafted for newborns between 0 and 6 months who are not breastfed or are fed both by breast and bottle.

As your little one continues to grow, we offer Holle Goat Dutch 2 and Holle Goat Dutch 3 for a healthy start in life.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of goat milk formula over cow milk formula?
In a nutshell, the benefits of goat milk formula over cow milk formula are as follows: Goat milk formula is closer in composition to human milk than cow milk formula is, making it easier for some babies to digest. It contains smaller fat globules and different proteins, which may be gentler on sensitive stomachs. Also, milk typically contains two main types of beta-casein protein, which are A1 and A2 beta-casein. Goat milk is naturally A2 or in other words, free from A1 beta-casein. Unlike cow's milk which is typically A1, A2 goat’s milk is better suited to sensitive tummies because it is digested quickly and more easily by babies.
