We offer free delivery on all orders of $100 and up! Orders are shipped via UPS Express Priority or DHL Express. Babies can get pretty cranky when waiting for their bottle, so to get that formula into your hands quickly, we select the carrier with the fastest current delivery times.
Unfortunately, residents of Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico are ineligible for our free delivery offer due to their more remote locations. Shipping charges for these destinations are calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately,we do not accept returns. We do this because most of our products are perishable or hygienic items. We must protect the integrity of our inventory for all of our customers. All of our products are safely shipped from clean and secure warehouses, in new and unopened condition.
You can cancel and get a refund as long as your order has yet to be processed and sent. Once the order has been shipped, we can't cancel or refund it.
