Your tier is based on whether you have an active formula subscription or not. If you’re shopping with one-time purchases, you’ll be part of our Club Member tier. If you have an active formula subscription, you’ll be placed in our higher VIP Subscriber tier, where you earn more points on every subscription order.
Your tier status is not permanent and will update automatically based on your subscription status. As long as you have an active formula subscription, you’ll remain a VIP Subscriber. If you only ever make one-time purchases or cancel your formula subscription, you’ll move into the Club Member tier.
Earning points is simple. Every time you shop, you’ll earn points based on your tier. Club Members earn 1 point for every $2 spent, while VIP Subscribers earn 1.25 points per $2 on subscription orders. Your points can be exchanged for store credit or free products. You can also earn additional points by completing simple actions, such as leaving a review or following us on social media.
All purchases made on Organic’s Best Shop earn points. Just make sure you’re logged into your account when you place your order so the points can be added automatically. Some exclusions may apply.

Yes, your points will expire 6 calendar months after they were added to your account, so be sure to redeem them for baby formula, food, or free rewards before they go to waste. Every point counts!

Your friend gets $20 off their first order, and once their order goes through you receive $20 in store credit. Your first successful referral also earns +120 reward points. Referrals are not valid for existing Organic’s Best customers, duplicate accounts, or friends who share the same household address.
Yes. Your friend must place their first order through your referral link. After their purchase goes through, you receive your $20 store credit. If they don’t make a purchase, there is no referral reward.
