Application and dosage:
1.
Apply a thin layer to the chest, back, or soles of the feet. Used in the evening, this aromatic blend helps soothe a cough and promotes easier breathing at night. It is also soothing as an oil compress or wrap. Pregnant women can apply the balm to their chest or back twice a day.Important Note: For infants under six months old, the Thyme Myrtle Balm for Children should be used very sparingly or diluted on the back or soles of the feet (reflex zones). A rich vegetable oil, such as sunflower or olive oil in a 1:1 ratio, or calendula ointment, is suitable for dilution. For delicate baby skin, it is best to initially rub only the back or soles of the feet (reflex zones) once or twice a day with a hazelnut-sized amount. If you wish to rub it on the chest, dilute the balm with a rich vegetable oil or calendula ointment in a 1:1 ratio.
