Preparation

Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50° C* / 104-122° F*.2.
Add advised amount of water to the bottle (see table).3.
Fill the measuring spoon and level scoop the formula powder. Add the advised amount of formula to the bottle.4.
Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.5.
Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F. Remember to test the temperature before feeding your baby.*In order not to damage the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the formula with water that's too hot.
The amount of HiPP Bio formula per bottle can vary from bottle to bottle. Recommended drinking quantities and the number of bottles per day are for guidance only. Your baby does not necessarily have to drink the bottle completely. Please use the enclosed measuring spoon only! One flattened spoonful per 30 ml / 1.01 oz of water.
One level scoop serves approximately 4.5g.
Important Notes
Exclusive breastfeeding in the first 6 months is ideal for your baby. As with any follow-on formula, HiPP Bio Combiotik® Stage 2 No-Starch should not be used as a breast milk substitute in the first 6 months but should only be used after 6 months as part of a mixed diet. Your baby's individual growth and developmental needs may require the introduction of supplemental foods as part of a mixed diet into your baby's diet at an earlier stage. Please consult your pediatrician.
Like breast milk, all infant formula contains carbohydrates. They are an important part of your baby's diet. Frequent or prolonged teeth contact with carbohydrate-containing liquids can lead to tooth decay and thus to health problems. Do not let your child suck the bottle permanently, and change to cup-feeding as soon as possible.
