Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50° C* / 104-122° F*.2.
Add the correct amount of boiled water (see table) to the bottle.3.
Measure the recommended amount of milk powder (see table). Level the formula powder on the measuring spoon and add the formula powder to the water.4.
Close the bottle and shake thoroughly.5.
Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F. Remember to test the temperature before feeding your baby.In order not to damage the natural lactic acid culture (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the formula with water that's too hot. The powder is subject to natural color fluctuations due to the minerals contained in it.
Follow the instructions as shown in the feeding chart. Improper preparation or storage of the prepared bottle can lead to health problems. Prepare the formula fresh before every feeding and offer it to your baby right away. Do not reuse any remaining prepared formula. Clean the bottle, teat, and ring thoroughly. Close the opened bag tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 weeks after opening. Do not heat the formula in the microwave; this increases the risk of scalding.
Important Notes
Exclusive breastfeeding in the first 6 months is ideal for your baby. From 6 months onwards, solid foods should be introduced. As with any follow-on formula powder, HiPP HA 2 Combiotik should not be used as a breast milk substitute in the first 6 months but should only be used after 6 months as part of a mixed diet. Your baby's individual growth and developmental needs may require introducing supplemental foods as part of a mixed diet into your baby's diet at an earlier stage. Please consult your pediatrician for guidance about when to begin weaning.
In order to produce the best results, HiPP HA formula should be used consistently for 4 to 6 months. Please talk to your pediatrician before introducing formula to your baby.

Like breast milk, all infant formula contains carbohydrates. They are an important part of your baby's diet. Frequent or prolonged teeth contact with carbohydrate-containing liquids can lead to tooth decay and thus to health problems.
