Follow the instructions as shown in the feeding chart below for precise use when preparing infant formula. Improper preparation or storage of the prepared bottle over a longer period of time can lead to health problems, e.g. due to the growth of unwanted germs. Prepare formula before every feeding and feed immediately. Do not reuse the remains of the prepared formulas. Clean bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Seal the opened bag tightly after use. Store dry and at room temperature and use within 3 weeks after opening. Do not heat food in the microwave (risk of scalding).
*In order not to damage the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the food with too hot water.

Amount drunk per bottle can vary individually. Recommended drinking amount and number of bottles per day are general guidelines only. Milk feeds should not be weaker or stronger than advised. Your baby does not have to drink the bottle completely. see the table below for the feeding information. Please use the supplied measuring spoon only! One flattened spoonful per 30 ml / 1.01 fl oz water.

Babies require approx. 5 feedings per day. Baby-food meals replace bottled Feeding, interchangeable.
Exclusive breastfeeding in the first 6 months is ideal for your baby. 6 months onwards solid foods has to be introduced to the babies to improve immune system. As with any follow on formula powder, HiPP HA 2 COMBIOTIK should not be used as a breast milk substitute in the first 6 months, but should only be used after 6 months as part of a mixed diet. Your baby's individual growth and developmental needs may require introducing supplemental foods as part of a mixed diet into your baby's diet at an earlier stage. Please consult your pediatrician before introducing Hipp HA combiotic to the baby. Make sure your baby eats a balanced diet for a healthy life.

Like breast milk, all infant nutrition formula contains carbohydrates. They are an important part of your baby's diet. Frequent or prolonged teeth contact with carbohydrate-containing liquids can lead to tooth decay and thus to health problems. Do not let your child suck the bottle permanently and change to cup-feeding as soon as possible.
