An Introduction To The Premibio Brand

Prémibio is a french formula brand that came to life in 2006, driven by the desire to create a formula free from palm oil. Despite sustainable organic palm oil sources being available, Prémibio decided against including palm oil and derivatives of palm oil as an ingredient in their formulas, believing that the benefits were not worth the potential health risk to infants and our planet. 

To replace palm oil, their formulas contain a sustainable vegetable oil mixture, which includes fatty acid-rich coconut oil. In addition, instead of using fish oil, Prémibio includes plant-based DHA (Omega-3 essential fatty acid) derived from algae to avoid including a common allergen in their formula. 

Since the birth of the Premibio brand, they have expanded to create one of the first organic goat’s milk formulas which hit the market in 2013, as well as their first organic plant-based formula in 2016.

Prémilait’s primary ingredients consist of organic skim milk and whey, vegetable oils, lactose, and organic corn-derived maltodextrin as a complimentary carbohydrate.

It comes enriched with other essential nutrients to provide your baby with a nutritionally complete meal, such as probiotics, essential fatty acids (DHA, ALA), minerals, and vitamins A, B, C, D, and E. Premilait formula does not contain any soy, or gluten, and is vegetarian friendly.

Premichevre Composition - Premibio Goat’s Milk Formula

If you are looking for a gentle formula alternative to cow’s milk for your little one, Prémibio’s naturally mild organic goat’s milk formula has you covered. Prémibio launched their goat’s milk formula in 2013 making it one of the first goat milk formulas available on the baby food market. The base of this formula consists of whole goat milk, vegetable oils, and lactose.

We use the word “gentle” to define this formula because goat's milk proteins are softer and gentler on tummies making for smoother digestion, compared to cow’s milk. Some studies show that goat’s milk digests up to 2x faster than cow’s milk.
